I believe that Fitness Friday should be a bigger thing, like a hashtag that everybody uses. For instance, we have Taco Tuesday which is very popular, a little over 2 million hashtags on Instagram. Unlike Fitness Friday, which barely have half a million hashtags! Don’t get me wrong I’m all for Tacos, I love Tacos! I just think that Fitness Friday should be an actual huge thing!
Every Friday on this blog, I will challenge myself and you to do something different! It can be anything really! Maybe you’ve always wanted to go hiking but you’re scared of the woods so you keep saying no to yourself. Therefore, you might want to challenge yourself and grab a friend and go for a hike! (That was a weird example, but y’all get the point, right?) Then, you can take a picture and post it on your social media with the #FitnessFriday (Totally optional but highly recommended)! It can be as simple as adding weights into your workout routine. As long as it challenges you and makes you feel better! I will also post some fitness tips which can help you through your journey; along with some fitness fun facts because why not!
I really hope that you will go for it and challenge yourself. Push yourself and do not stop till you reach your destination! Starting next week, I’ll be posting my challenges! I can’t wait to see yours!
