5 “No Equipment” Full Body Exercises.

I love working out at home, that’s a fact! Especially during the cold weather, where stepping outside to go to the gym is a struggle. Sometimes working out at home can be boring, especially when you don’t have any equipment or when you run out of “no equipment” exercises to do! Trust me, I know exactly the feeling! That is why today I have 5 fun, intense, NO EQUIPMENT exercises for you! They all target several muscles in the body! So no more excuse! Let’s get it together!

1- Plank

They look easy but they are not! Well, until you get use to them. There are several versions of planks, however, one of my favorite is the low plank, pictured below. Planks help target several muscles in the body and they help strengthen the upper and lower body. You should definitely try them, especially if you want a leaner, strong body.

2- Mountain Climbers

Mountain climber is definitely one of my favorite full body move. I like how there are different levels to it so you can go at your own pace! It targets a lot of muscles in the body (deltoids, biceps, triceps, chest, abdominal, obliques, hamstrings, quads) and several others! You will truly feel the burn!

3- Burpees

Burpee is a great full body exercise that helps burn a lot of calories! Which is great, right? It also targets muscles throughout several parts of the body such as arms, quads, chests, glutes, legs, hamstrings. Therefore, if you need an intense full body exercise, I definitely recommend burpees!

4- Jump Squat

I love jump squats because they’re super fun and very intense at the same time. They also help burn a lot of calories which is always great. They help tone the muscles in the lower body especially in the legs. They are also a great warm up for leg days!

5- Push Ups

Although push ups are not a full body workout on their own, they do target muscles all over the body. They’re mostly great for the upper body area and can help to strengthen the core and the lower back. They are great for building strength through the entire body. There are different versions of push ups which makes it easier to go at your own pace!
