Banana oatmeal pancakes are such yummy breakfast, especially on a Sunday morning! They are so satisfying to eat and don’t leave you feeling super full like the regular pancake! The first time that I made oatmeal pancakes, it was a disaster , literally! Actually, it was not that bad, I just had higher expectations! I found a way to make it better and this way is so much easier!
For this banana oatmeal pancake, we’ll start by making our own batter! You can just add all the following ingredients (rolled oats, oat milk, spices, egg, banana, vanilla) into the blender. Blend everything until smooth. Heat the pancake maker on medium heat, then pour batter onto the pancake maker into a round shape. Cook for about 3 mins on one side, flip over and cook for another 2 mins. Add your favorite toppings and drizzle with maple syrup! Enjoy!
This was literally the BEST pancake I’ve had in my entire life! It is so heavenly yummy! That’s a thing, right?! My family tried it and they LOVED it! I’m seriously obsessed!!! You MUST try this recipe for your next Sunday morning feast!
