Happy FitnessFriday babes! I hope that y’all had a really great week! I’m currently sitting in this beautiful little Starbucks sipping on this delicious salted caramel mocha LIGHT frappuccino and it is such a beautiful day today! All the fall vibes!
Lately, I’ve been so off track with my workout routine, especially since I just moved in this new place and I haven’t really finished settling in. I try to stretch before I go to sleep, however, that’s only 3-4 times a week. To be honest, I’ve been kind of beating myself up just for that because I think that I should push myself harder to workout even if I’m tired and what not. Deep down, I know that it’s okay for me to not feel like working out sometimes because duh I’m human. However, if I go over a week or 2 without working out, I really beat myself up. I’m trying to work on that hahaha
It’s okay if sometimes you do not feel like working out or go to the gym. Try to do low impact stretches or yoga to account for it. It’s okay to not feel like eating a salad or healthy every single day. As long as you don’t get it win you over and let it become a lifestyle to NOT eat healthy. It’s okay to feel like giving up because you’re only human. However, you have to remember why you started because it means that you really wanted it, hence you started; that is how you’ll get back on track. It’s okay to feel stuck in a rut but remember you’re not allowed to stay in the rut. You have to get up and keep going even if it takes you 2 weeks! Learn to take time to rest, to recharge because it’s part of the process to get back on track.
Keep working towards your goal babes! Always take time for yourself to recharge but never give up on your goals!
