Let’s Go For A Run- FitnessFriday

Raise your hand if you have a love-hate relationship with running!                  (Insert girl with raised hand emoji). At the beginning of this summer, I was really getting into running. I’d go almost everyday for a 3-4 miles run, then I just stopped. It was easier for me to just workout at home than to go for quick jog. Also, lately, every time I decide that I am going for a run, it starts pouring. I swear I am not making excuses! 

I had dinner with Danie, a great friend of mine the other day and she was talking about how she should go for a run… Which made me think about how I haven’t run in month. Therefore, for today’s #FitnessFriday, I decided to go for a run. At first, I wanted it to be over 5k, however, I do not want to pressure myself. I’m just going for a run to have fun and it’s totally fine if it is over or under 5k, as long as I enjoy it!
