Am I the only one who wants to do those flawless, beautiful handstands? Let’s be real, handstands and even headstands are very difficult poses to accomplish; so if you’re able to do them without any problem, I applaud you!
I started practicing handstands about a year ago, but I never really stick to it because I always get scared that I am going to fall and break my neck. Lately, I’ve been practicing with the wall and it’s been pretty great. I can hold it for at least one minute and get back on my feet without any trouble. However, I don’t want to do handstands with the wall for forever. Therefore, this upcoming week, I decided that I will really get into it. My goal is to be very comfortable with doing handstands with the wall so I can take my feet off of the wall for at least 30 seconds or so. Hopefully, soon enough I’ll be able to do a real handstand!
